Dear Covid,
We are taking our power back. Rather than fighting you, we recognize that you go after our most vulnerable parts. You can’t take my heart. My heart may be delicate, yet angels are so much stronger than you. Our love is stronger too. The big win- you can’t shame us. We know it’s absolutely not our fault. We didn’t attract you. You were simply unwanted company, and we are learning to keep harm at a distance. You can’t isolate us anymore. We know your ways now. You hurt too many lives. We are brewing our miraculous covid tinctures now, and we are sharing our love. Mother Earth provides magical nutrients. Love is stronger than fear. If we enter the covid cocoon, we find gratitude for the time of reflection. And we grow and blossom. Like the most beautiful flowers~ the seed needs some time in solitude for the miracle to blossom. As the fragrant rose blooms, its buds gradually open to reveal blossoms with the most gentle layers. Angels and miracles are at work way before the miraculous rose appears. We are a huge garden. As we support one another, we win. But, covid, don’t forget that we grow with thorns. You might not see them at first, but never mess with a gentle, sensitive, vulnerable and fragrant rose. She has more power than you know. God’s plan is so much stronger. So much stronger. ❤️

After a long isolated winter for many, the spring and summer months offer a new field of magical resonance. Just as flowers communicate in gardens to bloom, we as humans blossom best in community.

There is an emerging force of great mysticism accessible to all.

I have been studying many forms of Kundalini yoga for years now, and have been selecting the beautiful pearls of the ancient practices to teach for this evolutionary time. 🦋

In the tightness of your chest, there is love. In

In the tightness of your chest, there is love.
In the depths of your fear, there is love.
In the sound of your breath, there is love.
In the salt of your tears, there is love.
Love is in all of you, and perhaps you are simply cracking open to love.
Remember when...? And then....? And it felt....? And then it stored in the body. The fear... the misunderstanding... the hurt feelings... the betrayal... as children we learned to find compartments for the feelings. These compartments baked into our beings like butter into biscuits. They melted into our bodies and they became part of us.

And now perhaps we are cracking open, and the crumbs are stories of the past mixed in with the current situation of our lives and this intense time in the world.

AND THERE IS LOVE!

Where does love come in? It is the core of it ALL. And you are more loved from your angels than you can possibly comprehend in this earth dimension. That is something I know with every cell of my entire being.

Today I am writing a little note to all of you with a flower in my heart and a bunch of little tid bits that flow through me as I crack open myself and share. As one of my favorite poets, Anais Nin wrote:

".....and the day came when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than it took to blossom"

we are blossoming and we are expanding and we are cracking open, and by the grace of God, we are doing it together. WITH LOVE and ABOVE.

When we pray, our heart expands into the infinite,

When we pray, our heart expands into the infinite, and we call upon angels so together we can sing in rhythm… peace is the only way… war is no longer an option in this world. Together we have risen and we continue to rise. War is not for the powerful. War is only for the weak who crave power without substance. We will not fear that vibration, instead we will continue to elevate and expose the ugliness. To stand up for the innocent ones who need our love.

We are all seeing the truth. The veil has thinned- angels are revealing what was once hidden in mass confusion.

It is now confirmed.

To have peace we must cultivate the truest peace within ourselves.

Singing songs of self love while freeing our voices, we heal ourselves and we contribute to the healing of the world.

We can pray across the vast blue ocean, and we can vibrate love and unity.

We have power. That power is prayer. Prayer has only one consequence- it’s causes miracles. And we are the conduit to such a power. Imagine the world as miracle workers who unite. I dream that dream- it’s not an impossible dream. We can live in peace. We can love beyond our deepest imagination. That’s what angels do.

It’s ok to feel what we feel. It’s ok to be af

It’s ok to feel what we feel. It’s ok to be afraid. It’s ok to feel angry. It’s ok to feel numb. It’s ok to feel tired, confused, quiet, hyper, grief, longing and inadequate, depressed, regretful, shameful. It’s ok.

It’s also ok to feel happy without feeling guilty for the beauty in life at a time of such conflict and chaos in the world. It’s ok.

Because we are children of God. We each have a role to play in this design of life. And each role is extremely different except ONE aligning and absolutely mutual choice we have. Right now.

To choose LOVE.

I choose love. I choose love. I choose love. Dear God, I choose love.

A butterfly flapping her wings can cause an entire weather system change thousands of miles away. Thousands of miles away- a tiny butterfly 🦋 can dance and assist the winds in changing direction. When we choose love, we create a vibration that can energetically shifts another’s fear into healing. Even across the vast ocean.

From my experience, when that choice overtakes us and we are called to take a form of action, we co-create the new earth.

It’s all from the heart. And it’s not anything other than feeling the feelings, and choosing to become an alchemist transforms fear into love and darkness into light.

If an action step is needed within our own circle, community, county, state, or in real-time. We will know. And that’s when it gets frightening. To take action? To be an activist? To observe and discern quietly? To contemplate?

Within those callings, there is usually a short window of time to decide.

I choose to be the butterfly. And I have certainly been afraid, and received backlash. However, I cannot imagine how I would feel now if I chose complacency 5 years ago.

I chose LOVE. In that short window- it was love. And that is everything.

Today. I remember it all like it was yesterday. And I feel the anger inside me for what is happening on our planet right now.

We think we are so small and we can’t make a difference- but the butterfly- she can flap her wings and change the weather- thousands of miles away.

I choose love and above. 💕🦋
